Parmvir Bouhgan and her team assist clients with all real estate and corporate matters, including commercial and residential conveyancing, mortgages and financing, buying or selling businesses, incorporation and annual maintenance, and other business organizations.

Parmvir has extensive experience working with individual, business and corporate clients throughout the Lower Mainland. She regularly advises on and prepares business agreements, assists in buying and selling businesses, incorporations, corporate reorganizations and more.

Parmvir grew up in Surrey, and graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor in Criminology in 2014. Previously, Parmvir was legal counsel for the Tribunal Counsel Office at the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal, where she litigated administrative law matters in BC Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Parmvir managed the licensing department of a local BC company and helped grow its locations across North America.

Parmvir joined KSW Lawyers in March 2024 in its Surrey office. Parmvir’s primary areas of practice are real estate, corporate and business law. Throughout the years, Parmvir has frequently volunteered with coaching YMCA youth sports teams, Access Pro Bono, and enjoys dedicating time to educate the public and business community.

Parmvir is fluent in English and Punjabi and is also conversant in Hindi. She enjoys travelling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
