Real Estate Disputes
Bailey completed a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminology at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2008. She went on to obtain her JD from the University of British Columbia in 2011 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2012.
After being called to the bar, Bailey practiced as ad hoc counsel for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
Bailey joined Kane Shannon Weiler LLP in 2015 practicing in the area of insurance defence. Since joining the firm, she has developed skills in real estate and wills and estates and general solicitor matters, which is where she now focuses her practice.
