Mr. Kushneryk was called to the Bar in 2002. He currently has devoted his practice almost exclusively to the representation of ICBC in a variety of personal injury claims including numerous LVI files and cases involving alleged fraud (at both the Provincial and Supreme Court level, including successful finding of fraud).

The KSW legal team also regularly relies on Mr. Kushneryk's expertise in legal research. He is regularly called upon to assist associate counsel in preparing and assisting on a wide variety of chambers applications (both applying for and opposing orders).

Mr. Kushneryk has prepared several applications to the Workers' Compensation Board Appeal Tribunal (WCAT) including successful determinations of the Plaintiff being designated a worker at the time of the motor vehicle accident.

Mr. Kushneryk is a valuable member of the KSW legal team and has demonstrated skill and experience well beyond his years of call.
