Mr. Jespersen is located at our Chilliwack office. He has performed defence work for ICBC since the 1980's and has successfully investigated and defended countless complex Head Office claims. Currently Mr. Jespersen's case load emanates predominantly from the Head Office Claims Department and Head Injury Unit. Additionally, Mr. Jespersen receives files from the claim centre level, often directed to him when suspected fraud is involved. He has had wide exposure to all varieties of injury claims including traumatic brain injury, psychological injuries and neurological disabilities. He has had wide experience in successfully defending claims both before Judges alone and before juries, as well as successfully appearing on numerous occasions in the BC Court of Appeal.
