Mr. Hamilton's practice for over 15 years has been devoted almost exclusively to defending claims for ICBC. He has handled all manners of claims including minimal/no damage claims, minor to severe soft-tissue injuries, minor to severe orthopaedic injuries, fibromyalgia, para/quadriplegia, depression, somatoform disorder, chronic pain, mild traumatic brain injury, infant claims, family compensation claims and out of province claims. Mr. Hamilton is also regularly assigned to deal with targeted or selected counsel. He has also conducted lengthy trials before both juries and Judges alone.
