Michael Givton was born and raised in Vancouver. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English at the University of Victoria, he attended law school at the University of British Columbia, and was called to the bar in 2001. He began working at Kane, Shannon & Weiler in 2007. Mr. Givton is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.

Mr. Givton practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, and commercial leasing. In his spare time, he enjoys hockey, reading and spending time with his wife and sons.
