Mr. Leong was born in London, England and is a graduate of the University of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 1993 and joined Kane, Shannon & Weiler in February, 2002.

Mr. Leong is a senior associate in Kane, Shannon & Weiler’s litigation team, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial and personal injury litigation. Over the years he has appeared mostly in Supreme Court of British Columbia matters, attending numerous trials, pre-trial court applications, examinations for discovery and mediations. His specific areas of practice in commercial litigation have included construction disputes, real estate litigation, wrongful dismissal, foreclosures, and various other commercial and business disputes.

In his spare time he enjoys a number of outdoor pursuits including camping and wildlife. He has also explored various Canadian and North American destinations by motorcycle both on and off road, including two separate Arctic Circle sojourns.
