Mr. Amendolagine joined Kane Shannon & Weiler in January 2008 after spending over five years as Federal Crown Counsel prosecuting offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, Income Tax Act and Fisheries Act. This work included a successful multi-million dollar GST fraud prosecution in BC Supreme Court as well as dozens of Provincial Court trials involving marijuana grow operations and drug trafficking offences.

Since joining Kane Shannon & Weiler, Mr. Amendolagine has focused entirely on personal injury claims and takes great pride in facilitating fair settlements for his clients.
