Michael A. Givton was called to the bar in 2001 and has been practicing as a solicitor with KSW since 2007. Michael conducts a varied solicitor’s practice, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, company law, commercial leasing, construction law, and the purchases and sales of businesses.

Michael’s significant recent experience includes representing a purchaser in buying a mining business; assisting a residential real estate developer in establishing long-term strata leases for dozens of recreational properties; and representing a non-profit agency in leasing office and classroom space in several commercial buildings.
