Ms. Murchison is a civil litigation lawyer whose practice over the past 25 years has been focussed primarily on insurance (motor vehicle) claims representing both defendants and plaintiffs. She has experience handling claims involving injuries which range from soft tissue to catastrophic and has tried cases before juries and by Judge alone. Ms. Murchison is also a civil mediator and member of the roster of civil mediators in British Columbia as well as a Small Claims Mediator in the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
