Brendan Home was raised in Surrey. After high school, he attended Simon Fraser University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He obtained his Law degree from the University of Victoria in 1998. After completing his Law degree, Mr. Home commenced his articles at Kane, Shannon & Weiler. He was called to the Bar in 1999 and continued to be associated with Kane, Shannon & Weiler.

Since he commenced practicing law, Mr. Home has primarily been involved in the areas of personal injury and insurance litigation. He also has extensive experience in litigating and defending cases involving debtor-creditor remedies, private property disputes, builder’s liens and land transfer disputes. Mr. Home has extensive experience in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

In his spare time, Mr. Home enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is also an avid outdoors person.
