Since being called to the Bar in 1996, Mr. Morris has successfully represented clients in all levels of Court in British Columbia. He has been appointed to conduct the defence of tort claims on behalf of ICBC since the commencement of his career. Recently Mr. Morris was successful in obtaining a dismissal of a significant claim brought against an unidentified driver under the provisions of the Insurance (Motor Vehicle) Act. Mr. Morris has developed a reputation with adjusters and others for diligence, accessibility and quick response to instructions and inquiries.

During the course of his legal career Mr. Morris has also developed expertise in several other areas which have proven of immense assistance in his investigation and defence of ICBC claims. Mr. Morris is recognized for his expertise in creditor remedies (particularly in the areas of foreclosure and collection law). Mr. Morris' background and experience makes him particularly sensitive to the needs of sophisticated institutional clients and their busy representatives, including organizational and reporting obligations.
