Cliff Shannon is one of the three founding partners of Kane, Shannon, & Weiler. His practice now is devoted mostly to handling complex major loss claims. He has been involved in claims involving a broad spectrum of issues, including complex causation issues, complex liability issues, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, significant orthopaedic injuries and fatal accident claims. He has established a valuable working relationship with numerous defence experts whom he regularly calls upon to assist in investigation and defence of these claims.

Mr. Shannon has extensive experience in the utilization of alternative dispute resolution tools, including formal settlement conferences and mediations. He considers himself particularly adept at settlement negotiations that can ultimately result in successful resolution of claims.
