Mr. McIntosh was called to the Bar in February, 1998, and since that time has devoted his practice to the defence of ICBC claims, personal injury lawsuits, and criminal law.

During the course of his career Mr. McIntosh has attended and successfully defended numerous claims both before Judges alone and before juries. Mr. McIntosh continues to represent ICBC in defending claims including a variety of Head Injury Department and Head Office claims. Mr. McIntosh particularly prides himself in his ability to successfully defend claims brought by targeted counsel During the course of his career, Mr. McIntosh has had numerous successful trial results, including claims where liability has been dismissed in its entirety and numerous claims where the judgments or verdicts have been secured less than the formal offer made by ICBC.
