Mr. Home's practice has been devoted almost exclusively to defending ICBC claims. During this time he has conducted numerous trials and has had three complete low velocity impact dismissals and numerous cases involving low judgments.

Mr. Home has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has acquired specialized skills in accounting, financing and marketing. As such, he has been called upon to assist the KSW legal team in the interpretation of complex financial/accountant statements and reports.

The KSW legal team regularly relies on Mr. Home's specialized expertise in legal research (topics researched in this regard vary widely, ranging from matters dealing with costs to liability and quantum assessments). Mr. Home is also regularly called upon to assist in a wide variety of chambers applications and at trial.
